Merium Fernando

Alumni

Merium completed her M.Sc. at the University of Waterloo with the School of Pharmacy in 2024. She completed her B.Sc. in Microbiology at the University of Kelaniya in 2006 and her M.Sc. in Biochemistry at the University of Colombo in 2010. Her project focused on developing methods to enhance the purification of ministring DNA by using the Pi-Sce1 Homing Endonuclease System/CRISPR Cas-3 Recombinant System.
